A room designed for interactive events with conventional and digital moderation tools, offering additional options to complement HCC’s range of congress facilities.
The Future Meeting Space at the Hannover Congress Centrum (HCC) has been designed according to the latest research on future hybrid events. White walls and red surfaces combined with grey flooring offer clean lines and convey a futuristic impression. The effect is enhanced by an imaginative lighting concept based on energy-saving LED technology, high-quality projectors, integrated pull-down projection screens, mobile monitors and state-of-the art air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
The room, which spans 340 m2 and benefits from natural light on two sides, can be divided by a central mobile wall, providing seating in rows for 150 participants and a classroom-style layout for a further 75 guests in the respective sections.
A futuristic way of meeting in the Future Meeting Space
Each half of the room is equipped with an electrically retractable projector screen, an HD projector and a PA system specifically adapted to the room. Since all the surfaces in the Future Meeting Space are magnetic, writable and wipeable, there’s no need for pinboards or flipcharts. The back wall of the stage includes components that can be rotated through 90 degrees to create separate areas for small working groups and breakout sessions.
Seminars and conferences in the Future Meeting Space
So-called whiteboard events also have special digital and analogue requirements in terms of conference technology and event production. Equipped with a versatile range of logistical and technological features, the Future Meeting Space boasts the best possible conditions for such events. Participants can rearrange any of the furniture at any time for individual use or for large groups. And the Future Meeting Space is also ideal for standard conferences, smaller congresses or seminars.
