Receiving your approval, we will prepare, we will prepare a booking page, which you can link to your website or send to your guests - password-protected if you wish. If you would like to enclose a paper booking form with your event invitations, please let us know and we will be happy to prepare one for you free of charge.
The procedure would then be as follows:
-The participant books his hotel room online.
- Alternatively, the participant sends in the booking form or gives us a call. The accommodation service of Hannover Marketing & Tourismus GmbH then books the desired rooms in the respective hotels and sends a booking confirmation to the guest.
- Payment for the rooms is made on site, whereby in some cases a credit card is requested as security for the hotel.
