Initially installed on Platz der Menschenrechte in 1971 in conjunction with the »Street Art Programme«, the sculptures from the »Large Family« ensemble by Eugène Dodeigne (b. 1923 in Rouvreux, Belgium) were transferred to the present location in 1997 in order to make room for the fountain by Ludger Gerdes. The piece’s title suggests relationships, recalling persons and personalities – with their links and stories.
